Personal information shared via Stripe or Cal.com for payments or scheduling is securely stored by those platforms. We only retain data needed for accounting or legal proof of payment. General inquiries or emails without a contracted job are not stored, sold, or shared. Your privacy is our priority.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments made via cryptocurrency are pseudonymous. We may retain the following data for transactions:

• Blockchain payment confirmations
• Telegram usernames
• Vault names (provided by you)

Any other personal details are voluntarily shared by the client, never requested, and never retained.

Work-Related Data Retention

For contracts related to app building, consulting, or other services, we may retain:

• Payment information and names associated with payments
• Scope of work details attached to payment information

This information is retained solely for work-related purposes. It does not fall under GDPR or CCPA regulations, as it is not collected for marketing or data sales purposes.

No Marketing, No Sharing, No Selling

We do not sell or share client data with marketing companies or other vendors for any purpose. We don't call, email, or contact clients unless explicitly requested for a service, contract, or concierge support. For added security, nearly all calls are scheduled via Cal.com.

GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Since we do not store or process data beyond accounting records and work-related requests, no personal data exists to fall under GDPR or CCPA regulations. Your privacy is inherently protected by our minimal data approach.
